The top three overall teams in the four-person, and two-person categories will receive special awards and team medals. They will not get an award in their category also. Each team member will receive individual medal awards in the top three teams in all the categories listed below. All results willl be based on team times and there will be no spilt timing for any of the individual legs.
Timing:
The Lady of the Lake Relays will use chip timing. We will be featuring
the latest chip timing system, IPICO. This system uses timing chips that
will be attached to your running shoes. You will get your loaner chip
at the event race morning.

Individuals
Our emphasis on this event is our relay teams. However, this is a great
opportunity to run long and get all the support. We will have a awards
for the top five finishers in the following: Male 39 & Under, Female
39 & Under, Male 40+ and Female 40+. All individuals finishing
the 18 mile course will get a finsher medal.
Cost
Four-Person Teams:
$100 - ($25 per person) through February 1, 2009
$120 - ($30 per person) February 2 through race day
Two-Person Teams:
$60 - ($30 per person)
$70 - ($35 per person) February 2 through race day
Single person running two loops:
$30 - Through February 1, 2009
$35 - February 2 through race day
